4 Cans Chicken
2 Cans Mild Green Chilis
3 Cans Northern White Beans
6 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Tablespoon Cayenne
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1/2 Onion, Chopped
3 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
Garlic Salt
1 Cup Sour Cream
3 Cups Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:

Saute onion and garlic in skillet.

Put all ingredients in a crock pot, except for sour cream and cheese. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Add sour cream an cheese right before serving.

This recipe refrigerates well.

You can use 2 chicken breasts instead of canned chicken. Just cook them in the chicken broth and then shred them.
