1 lb. Powdered Sugar
1/2 c. plus 2 Tblsp. Butter
4 Tblsp. Cream
3/4 tsp. Vanilla

Mix together add coconut until dough is stiff enough to roll into balls. Cool these down in the refrigerator, then dip them in almond bark, or chocolate. For my chocolate I like the Wilton's disks. Lay on Waxed Paper till cool.

Personal Notes:
I always make a batch of these for Christmas and can use Wilton's colored melting disks.
