2 c. flour
2 Tblsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. lukewarm water
1/4 c. cooking oil.
1 pkg. yeast disolved in 1/2 c. warm water
Thoroughly mix together
Cover mixture and let set over night in a warm place. In the morning add 4 eggs beaten, 1 c. hot water, mix sponge well.

Put 1/2 c. batter in an oiled pan, work in a circular motion until batter covers the entire bottom of pan.
Brown both side.

Mom helped me put this recipe together as she never used a recipe so I measured as she told me what to put into the batter then we wrote it down.
