First layer: 1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Second layer: 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Third layer: Large box instant chocolate pudding mix
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Fourth layer: Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans

First layer: Mix margarine, flour and pecans with hands. Spray 9 by 13 baking dish lightly with Pam spray. Shape mixture in pan, covering bottom completely and bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool.

Second layer: Mix well with hand mixer. When pie crust is cool, spread cream cheese mixture over crust.

Third layer: Beat pudding mix, milk and vanilla. Place in refrigerator and chill until thickened. When mixture has thickened, pour over cream cheese layer.

Fourth layer: Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with one cup chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
