2 boxes spinach cooked & drained
1 onion chopped
5 eggs
1 c. butter melted
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 bag herb stuffing crushed
1/2 bag herb stuffing cubes

mix all ingredients together and chill, form into balls about the size of your palm. Place on a cookie sheet

slightly brown on the outside and when done will have a little spring in the ball. Watch to not leave in to long as they will dry out quickly. Pretend like you are baking cookies. Even if you don't like spinach you will love these, Everybody does!
