1 hen, cut in serving pieces
1 tbs of minced garlic
1 1/2 tbs salt
1 can palm butter
1 cup water or chicken broth
1 cup of chopped onion
4 medium red tomatoes
12 okra

Directions:
Directions:
season hen with salt and garlic, leave to marinate for 1 hour
Add onion,tomatoes, water. Cook hen in pressure cooker for 15 min or in regular pot for 1 hour or till tender. Make sure that there's not much water left
Add palm butter and okra and adjust gravy and salt. Let cook for another 15-20 min.
Serve hot with fufu or rice.
