6 slices of fresh fish seasoned with garlic and salt
4 slices of salt fish (cod or, grupa or baracuda previously De-salted)
5 tbs of palm oil or veg. oil
1 or 2 cups of water
1 cup of sliced onions
1 can of tomato sauce
salt to taste
sweet potato leaves
okra
1 medium eggplant
1 small white squash

Directions:
Directions:
In a wide pan, place first the salt fish and then the fresh fish. Add all the ingredients and cook it for about 40 min.

P.S. place the salt fish in water the night before, but make sure don't take out all the salt. Leave a slight taste of salt .
