1lb spicy pork
1lb ground chuck
1 small box uncooked rice
2 large heads cabbage
3 cans tomato juice
3 cans tomato sauce
3 cans spicy V8
2 large jars sauerkraut
no salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
350 degrees about 2 hours
-core and put cabbage in boiling water to soften/release leaves

-make med. sized meatballs w/ meat and rice

-as cabbage leaves are peeled, wrap a meatball in a cabbage leave and place in pan

-once you get a whole layer, cover w/ half of tomato mixture, then cover w/ a jar of sauerkraut

-finish making/wrapping meatballs, cover w/ rest of tomato mixture and last jar of kraut

cover and put in oven
