1- 2 Medium Cabbage ----- wash and slice
1 lb Hamhock ----------boil until tender, add season
1 lb steak/beef --------- "
1 lb ( your choice) ------ "
2 cup Broth or remaining source from boil meat
1 cup cooking oil
1 Onion --------slice
Black pepper/hot/medium pepper
Salt/Season Salt
(any additional season to taste)


Directions:
Directions:
Fry Hamhock and other meat in cooking oil for 10 minutes, then add Onion, salt, pepper and any other seasons to taste. cook for about 10 minutes.
Now add Broth or water and source from boil meat source.
Now add Cabbage and cook uncover at medium high temperature stirring occasionaly. Cook until broth is approximately 1/3 left. Do not over cook cabbage. Serve with Rice

Cook Rice:
Use Rice Cooker or stove top cooking:
To every cup of Rice add 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce temperature to simmer. Allow to simmer until all water has dried and grains stand.
