Cucumbers, chopped in large chunks
4 qt water
1 qt white vinegar
1 c canning salt
fresh dill
garlic cloves
1 T pickling spice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together the water, vinegar and salt. When brine has boiled, stir it and set it aside to cool completely.

Put garlic and dill in the jars (as much of each as you prefer). Add pickling spice to jars. Place cucumber chunks in bars and pack to 1" from top of jar.

When brine has cooled completely, pour into the jar to approximately 1/2" from top of jar. Seal jars tightly. Let jars stand on counter for 4 days. Refrigerate for 1 day. Ready to enjoy!
