1 c. flour
1 stick butter (1/2c.)
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 8oz. pkg . cream cheese
8 oz bowl of Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 small pkg. lemon pudding (cooked or instant)

Pre heat oven to 350. Mix together 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. butter (softened) and the chopped nuts. Pat ingredient's into the bottom of a 9x12 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 min. let cool while you mix together 8 oz cream cheese and 1 c. powdered sugar then fold in 8 oz cool whip.Spread over the cooled crust.
Mix 2 pkgs. Lemon instant pudding. pour over the cream cheese And top with cool whip. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

I personally like to use the cooked pudding. I used to make it with the cooked chocolate when my children were young and they just loved it. If you use the cooked pudding you have to cool it down before topping of the cream cheese mixture. I would then top it with the cool whip and then sprinkle shaved chocolate over the top.
