1 T.. oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 lbs. lean ground beef
1 tesp.. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 T. prepared mustard
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
4 T. ketchup
3 c. cooked rice
1 22 oz. can tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and green peppers in the oil until soft. Add ground beef and seasonings, stirring ubtil meat loses its pink color. Stir in the cooked rice, tomatoes, ketchup, and simmer, covered, for 15 mins.
