2 T. cornstarch
2 T. cocoa
1/2 c. white sugar
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Scald the milk. Mix into a paste: cornstarch, cocoa, sugar, and salt. Add paste to scalded milk and cook until thickened. This pudding is not too firm when cool. Serve with whipped cream.
