1 beef tongue
2 tbsp salt
1 1/2 cups water or 1 can beef stock
1 bay leaf
2 onions quartered
6 peppercorns

Directions:

Wash tongue
Place in crock pot.
Add all ingredients.
Cover & cook on low for 7-9 hours or till ( cut with a fork tender)

Yes, you can cut it with a fork!!! YUMMY
