1 lg. bag hash browns
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
1/4 c mayo
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c celery chopped
3 T dill relish
2 TG green onion chopped
1 1/2 t yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
in large pot bring salted water to rolling boil put hash browns in boiling water time 4 min taste to see if done. Rinse in cold water drain. In large bowl mix together eggs, mayo sour cream, celery , relish green onion and mustard
combine potatoes and other sauce and pepper chill before serving
