3-4 chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups celery
1 can water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chicken broth
Topping: 8 oz. cornbread stuffing
1/2 stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender; cool; cut into cubes.
Mix balance of ingredients together.
Pour into Pam sprayed 9x13 dish.
Melt butter and mix with stuffing; spread on top.
Bake 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven.
