Cake:
1 box orange cake mix
1 sm can mandarin orange w/juice
4 eggs
1/2 c oil
Frosting/Topping:
1 lg (12 oz) Cool Whip
1 sm instant vanilla pudding
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Mix cake ingredients together, then beat on medium speed for 4 min. - I think I beat for 8 min. Pour in 13x0 pan and bake 25 min. at 350. Let cool - I waited 30 min. Mix frosting ingredients and put on top of cake.
