(1) 3 1/2 lb. chicken
olive oil
2 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Fresh rosemary, thyme and marjoram, finely chopped
(1) 12 oz. can beer

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Grill.
Pat chicken dry, rub skin with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and fresh herbs inside and out. Open can of beer; pour out 1 oz. Add more fresh herbs to beer. Slide chicken over beer can. Stand can on a small baking sheet. Place baking sheet on grill rack. Close grill and cook until juices run clear and chicken is done, about 1 hour. The internal temperature should be about 165º
