1 lb. box or spring pasta
16 oz. Hellman mayonnaise
1 C. water
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. vinegar
1 small onion (diced)
Tumeric (just for color)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the springs as directed on package. Mix together the mayonnaise, water, sugar, vinegar and onions. Add tumeric for color if desired. Pour over the cooked pasta as soon as you drain it and refrigerate overnight.

This is a tasty salad that is so quick and easy to make. My friend Vicky from work has made this and brought it into work. You could add eggs, celery or any thing you want to it but I like just the way she makes it, it's no fuss no muss.
