Crepes

Batter:
2 cups of Whole Wheat Flour
2 cups of Seltzer Water
1/2 tsp. of salt

Directions:
Directions:
You may need to add just a bit more (or less) of the Seltzer Water to get the correct consistency.

Non-Stick Frying Pan – or – Cooking Spray

Pour a ladle of batter into the frying pan and tip the pan so to spread the batter because you want to get a really thin pancake. When it starts to bubble, flip the crepe to the other side for another minute or so, then transfer it to a plate.

Cover the plate – the crepes will get softer in time.
