Personal Notes:
Dan and Gramma used to go to Las Vegas for three nights, two or three times a year. Dan would drive to Gramma's house and then to Las Vegas. They started by staying at the fanciest places - Bellagio, The Venetian, The Palms, and so on. Then Gramma wanted to stay downtown, so it was the Golden Nugget and she hit some jackpots, so it was pretty much The Golden Nugget from then on. The package included the buffet - which had an incredible and rich bread pudding. Dan tried to get the recipe and was rebuffed many times - it's Steve Wynn's (the billionaire owner of many casinos) Mother's recipe. But at lunch one day, Dan met the chef and he was happy to give Dan the recipe. It rich and a big recipe, but very, very good!
