16 oz. cream cheese
¼ c. chopped bell pepper
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
2 T. chopped onion
1 T. seasoning salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, peppers, pineapple, onion and salt. Shape into balls or logs. Chill, then roll in pecans.

Note: I give these to co-workers at Christmas and use green and red bell pepper to make them look festive. Ritz Crackers also has snowflake shaped crackers at Christmas time.
