1 (16 oz.) pkg. fettuccine
1 c. cream
1 egg
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
¼ lb. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package; drain and rinse with cold water. In a saucepan, you used to boil noodles, beat egg; add cream, melted butter, and 1/3 cup of cheese. Stir sauce until smooth. Add noodles to sauce; toss well. Add remaining cheese as you toss.
