Put into mixing bowl:
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 T. cinnamon

Combine, mixing well:
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. thawed, frozen strawberries and liquid
1 ¼ c. chopped pecans
1 ¼ c. vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Add mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans and finish cooling on wire racks.
