1 small box sugar free vanilla pudding
1 graham cracker crust
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 banana, sliced
1 small can crushed pineapple w/ juice drained
1 1/2 c. sugar free cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Make pudding according to package directions, using skim or 1 or 2 % milk. Let chill 1 to 2 hours. Pour pudding into graham cracker crust. Top with bananas, then strawberries, then pineapple. Cover with cool whip. May add a few nuts if desired. Chill & keep refrigerated. Tastes much like a banana split without quite as much guilt!!
