1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg onion chopped
2 T chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 (4oz.) can chopped green chilis
1 (14oz.) can mild enchillada sauce
12 corn tortillas, quartered
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion, drain off any fat. Add chili powder, salt and garlic powder. Blend well cooking about 2 or 3 more minutes. Stir in milk, soup, green chilis and enchillada sauce. Spray 9x13 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese in 2 layers, leaving top cheese off till last 5 minutes of cooking time. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Top with remaining cheese and bake uncovered for 5 more minutes or untill cheese melts.
