Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 1/2 med onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. black pepper 2 T chili powder 1 can chili style diced tomatos 1 can tomato soup 1 can ranch style beans

Directions:Add chopped onion to ground beef in a large skillet. Cook untill meat is no longer pink; then add seasonings . Add the tomatos, soup and beans and stir to mix. Let simmer a few minutes to blend flavors. Place into serving bowls and top with grated cheddar cheese and a few chopped onions if desired. Serve with saltine crackers. Note: The tomato soup thickens the chili so no need to add anything to thicken. |
