4 eggs,well beaten
2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nuts
marshmallows (not minature size)

Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt margarine;stir in cocoa. Pour into bowl containing beaten eggs and sugar. Add salt to flour and add to cocoa mixture. Add 1 cup of the nuts. Grease an 11 x 13 baking pan.(DO NOT FLOUR) Bake 30 minutes. Remove and cover with marshmallows that have been cut in half then put back in oven just until marshmallows are melted. Cool completely before icing.
Melt the margarine, stir in the cocoa til mixed well , add milk and vanilla stir well, then add the powdered sugar . Mix well, spread over cooled cake and sprinkle the other half cup of nuts on top
