Fresh tomatoes
Tin tomatoes
Pepper
Meat stock
Vegetable oil or any oil of your choice
Salt, chicken cube or powder
Spices - curry, rosemary, nutmeg, bay leaves, thyme
Bell pepper
Onion
Garlic
Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Blend fresh tomatoes, pepper, fresh garlic, and ginger.
Heat vegetable oil.
Add sliced onion and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add peppers, fry for 12 - 15 minutes, add tin tomatoes and fry until it is well cooked. Add spices to taste.
Add boiled water or meat stock to rice and wash until the water is clear.
Combine both the washed rise and fried stew together, then add boiled water and adjust seasoning where necessary.
Cook for 25 - 40 minutes, depending on the quantity.
Cook until soft.
