12 eggs
1 bag of O'Brien Hash Browns
1 roll sausage
Shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Remove from pan. Brown hash browns. Add sausage back to hash browns. Scramble eggs and add to potato and sausage mixture. Add 1/2 bag of cheese and stir. Cover.

Next, I use an electric fry pan - turn to 350 degrees.

Spread the mixture in the fry pan. When brown, use spatula to turn each piece. Add rest of cheese. Cover and cook until underside is brown.
