10cup chopped zucchini
5 cup onions
2 ½ tablespoons salt
Let set overnight – Rinse and drain well

Add 2 chopped green peppers
2 cup brown sugar
2 cup white sugar
2 ½ cup vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. celery seed.

Bring to a boil, boil for 15 minutes
Put into hot jars and seal
Hot water bath for five minutes
