One rack of lamb about eight chops
salt and pepper
Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons rosemary
1/4 cup finally chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 cup fresh bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Trim any excess fat from the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Spread Dijon mustard on lamb. Combine rosemary parsley and garlic with breadcrumbs. Pressed pragmatic mixture on mustard until rack is covered. Dot with butter place. Roast in a 375° oven for 35 to 45 minutes
