SALMON LOAF
1. 2 cups flaked salmon
2. 1 cup cooked rice
3. 2 beaten eggs
4. ¾ cup warm milk
5. 2 Tbsp onion juice
6. 3 Tbsp melted shortening
7. 4 Tbsp olives, chopped
8. 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
9. Salt and pepper

CREAM SAUCE
1. 1 Tbsp flour
2. 1 cup cold milk
3. 1 Tbsp Italian cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in salmon loaf.
2. Put in loaf plan and put loaf pan in a pan of warm water. Bake at moderate heat until browned.
3. To make cream sauce, heat flour and milk in sauce pan. Cook until creamy, then add cheese.

Serve salmon loaf with cream sauce on top.
