1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup sour cream
1 cup cheese whiz
1 tsp black pepper
3 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
1 large onion

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix soup sour cream cheese whiz and pepper
Add thinly sliced potatoes and onions
Toss evenly to coat
Bake 1hour and 30min
