1 1/2 lb.lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
2 medium onions
3 T butter or margarine
1 T cornstarch
1 can beef boullion
2 tsp.liquid bouillon concentrate
2 tsp. worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, crumbs, and salt. Shape into 6 oval patties. Broil or pan-fry beef patties to desired donesness; drain on paper towels and set aside. Cut onions into rings. Melt butter or margarine in a skillet and saute onions. Mix cornstarch with cold water. Add bouillon and bouillon concentrate and Worchestershire. Put liquids into a large skillet; heat the mixture using a wire wisk to stir frequently untill it thickens. You may have to add more water if it is too thick. Place cooked patties into liquid. Place the onion rings on top of patties. Pour rest of onion sauce over all. Simmer 10 minutes.
