3 packets Splenda (or 3 tsp.) no-calorie sweetener,
4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa,
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a deep mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until stiff. Spoon into 4 ramekins. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with artificially sweetened whipped cream if you like.
Note: Most artificially sweetened whipped creams have lactose, which is a sugar and can ruin a low-carb diet. You can make your own whipped cream with a mixer using real cream and Splenda.
