1 can (10 3/4oz.) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3 T flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size cubes
1 celery rib, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10oz.)pkg. frozen peas, thawed
2 T diced pimentos, drained
hot cooked rice

Directions:

In a slow cooker, combine soup, flour, pepper, and cayenne untill smooth. Stir in chicken, celery, green pepper and onion. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or untill meat juices run clear. Stir in peas and pimemtos. Cook 30 minutes longer or untill heated through. Serve over hot cooked rice.

Perfect for working Moms. Put in crock pot before leaving for work and dinner is almost ready when you get home. This is also good just served over toast if you don't like rice.
