Tenderized chicken breast
oil to brown chicken
salt
pepper
flour
Mexican Velveeta Cheese
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken cutlets to taste. Roll in flour and fry in oil untill done and browned to your taste. Grate or chop Mexican Velveeta and add small amount of milk, microwave just till melted and stir to mix adding more milk if needed to make a sauce. Pour over chicken cutlet.
