2 to 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables, stir fry
2 cans of DelMonte diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
Dried grated Parmesan cheese to cover heavily(about 1/4 cup)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in a large skillet and cover with water if they are frozen, If not frozen use less water and less cooking time. Sprinkle garlic salt in water and cook untill water is almost gone and chicken is well cooked. Add frozen vegetables and diced tomatoes and allow to simmer for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of vegetables and allow to simmer about 10 more minutes or untill cheese melts.
