frying pan that can be put into oven,
1 cut-up chicken
5 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
1 bunch Spring onions, chopped into 1/2 in. pieces (including green parts)
1/4 C. white vinegar
1/2 C. water
Adobo seasoning or any other seasoning salt.
black pepper and salt to taste.

Fry out bacon pieces; add chopped onions for last 4-5 minutes. Remove from pan.
Brown chicken pieces in same pan. When browned as you like it, put onion-bacon mixture back on top of the chicken. Add water and vinegar, and your seasonings.
Bake @ 350 deg. until tender.
Good served with fluffy rice.
