2 hard boiled eggs
2 biscuits or toast
2 tlbs. butter
2 tlbs. flour
1 cup milk
1/2tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter, blen in the flour.
Gradually stir in the milk and simmer, stirring constantly until the mixture boils and thickens. Then cook about 3 minutes more.
Add the salt and pepper.
Remove the yolks from the hard boiled eggs.
Chop the whites into small pieces and add to sauce, stirring until thoroughly mixed.
Serve sauce over biscuits or toast. Crumble egg yolks and sprinkle over sauce covered biscuits.
