2 c water
1 c salt
2 tbsp oil
Food coloring
4 tsp cream of tartar
2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the water on low heat in large 6-8 qt pan. Teflon works best. Add the salt and simmer until it is completely dissolved. Add the oil and food coloring for Desired color. Mix the flour and cream of tartar. Add the water, stirring constantly with wooden spoon. Don’t worry about lumps. Work them out when the dough cools.
