1 1/2 lbs. fresh or frozen brussels sprouts
1/3 c. butter
2 Tbsps. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsps. finely chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan bring one inch of water and brussels sprouts to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for eight to ten minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile in another saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for one minute. Drain sprouts; add butter mixture and toss to coat. (Sprinkle with walnuts if desired)
