1/2 Cup plus 2 Tbsp chopped pecans
1 box Club Style Crackers
1/4 lb butter
1/2 Cup plus 2 Tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. On a large baking or cookie sheet arrange crackers in straight lines toughing one another. In a small heavy-bottom saucepan over medium-high heat, bring butter, vanilla and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly. Add pecans and reduce heat to medium-low. Continue to boil 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and spoon mixture evenly over crackers making sure all are completely coated. Bake 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and with a lightly buttered spatula carefully remove crackers and place on serving tray. Once cooled crackers will be easy to separate. If crackers cool down before all are removed from baking sheet, simply return to oven for a few seconds.
