4 cups rolled oats (regular)
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup oat bran
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in shallow pan or roaster.
Mix oil, vanilla and honey and pour it over the dry ingredients, avoid pouring the liquid onthe pan.
Bake at 350º. Stir every 10-15 minutes. Scrape the bottom and lifting the oatmeal to keep it from becoming too brown. It usually takes about 30 minutes to back. This cereal may be eaten with or without milk, hot or cold.

Amounts can be varied to taste. You may also add dry banana chips, raisins or coconut. It is delicious with a sliced banana.
