6 chicken breasts, boiled and diced or shredded
1 can crm of chicken soup (crm of onion is good, too)
6 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 rolls crushed Ritz crackers
1 Tablespoon poppy seed (or to taste)
1/2 cup (or less) butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, soup and sour cream. Place in bottom of greased 2 quart casserole dish. Add poppy seed to cracker crumbs; pour over chicken mixture. Melt butter; pour over cracker crumbs. Bake 30 mins or til bubbly.
