1 lb Large Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/2 c Walnuts
5 c Water
1 c Sugar
2 c Oil
1/2 c Cornstarch
1/2 c Egg Whites
2 tbl Honey
3 tbl Mayonaise
1 tbl Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 c Oil
1/2 tbl Condensed Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse walnuts, then boil in water, continually changing water until clear. When clear, boil with sugar until sugar dissolves. Heat 2 cups of oil until almost smoking, then deep fry walnuts until they are shiny and brown, no longer golden. Place walnuts on cookie sheet and cool. Mix cornstarch and egg whites together to form a thick, sticky texture and mix well with shrimp. Set aside. Mix honey, mayo, lemon jice, and condensed milk until smooth. Deep fry shrimp until golden brown. Drain then fold in honey mayo mixture. Mix well, sprinkle with walnuts and arrange on a platter.
