Directions:Brown bacon in a skillet. In a different skillet, brown ground sirloin over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper with seasonings. Once tender, add cabbage and carrots. Cook until the cabbage has reduced in size and has become tender. Let cool. Mix Crumble bacon and shredded cheese with meat mixture. Once cool, take a egg roll wrapper and place it in front of you like a diamond. Wet the four corners with water using your finger tips. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner up. Follow by folding the left and right corners and roll to seal. Place on Parchment Paper to refrain from sticking. Fry egg rolls in oil until golden brown. Serve with Sweet n Sour Sauce and Soy Sauce. |

Notes: There are several versions of this recipe. This is my adaption. I've used ground chicken and it was just as good. Time Saver: use the bagged cole slaw and use a deep fryer. Doesn't taste as good as it does when everything is hand shredded but still pretty damn' good.
