2 lb Ground Sirloin or Chuck
2 c Fried Cabbage (see recipe in book)
3-4 lg Carrots
5-10 slices of bacon
1 sm Onion
1 sm Green Pepper
1 pkg American Cheese
1 pkg Egg Roll Wrappers
1 tbl Adolph's Meat Tenderizer to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground sirloin and onions in a large skillet. Add green pepper, salt, pepper, and Adolph's (generously), stirring often. Shredd carrots directly into skillet until it looks even throughout. Remove meat mixture from skillet and add fried cabbage. Cool. Place egg roll wrapper in front of you in a diamond. Place a half piece of cheese on bottom and place a scoopful of the meat mixture on top of cheese. Place remaining cheese slice on top of meat and roll. Deep fry in oil in a skillet. Serve with Soy Sauce.
