Directions: |
Directions:"Boil potatoes until just tender, cool and slice. Add eggs (coarsely chopped or sliced). Add chopped onion.
In a bowl add just enough milk to salad dressing to thin it out, salt and pepper and sugar. Mix well but gently. The amount of salad dressing you use is up to you. I sometime like to mix in a little sour cream in the dressing mix.
You can also add celery if you desire".
Recipe best is made the morning prior to serving so the ingredients can absorb all the flavors. |

Notes: This recipe was handed down from Mom's Grandmother to her Mom (my Grandma Musolff) and then to Mom. My having this recipe makes four (4) generations of Davis' that have enjoyed this recipe!
When Mom would make her Potato Salad to go with her Sunday dinner, we could always count on Dad helping himself to a heaping bowl of left over Potato Salad before going to bed that night.
